You have been immensely helpful. You actually tailored my workout programs to start at my level of fitness and gradually take me to my desired levels of strength and stamina. Not only that but you helped by giving me valuable tips for my diet too. Thanks to you I feel very strong, fit, energetic, toned and in shape! In fact, I almost feel about 15 years younger!
You have made me feel so good during the process. You were so flexible and patient when I needed to reschedule our sessions. During the sessions we had such a fun time joking about cars and commute and all kinds of things. I actually looked forward to each of our sessions. I will say this will full certainty, if it was left to me alone to workout, I would have stopped long ago. You listened to me on days when I felt low energy and accordingly modified my workout that day. The whole process felt so positive, highly, highly recommended!!
As mentioned earlier, we communicated really well. You knew I was realistic and did not expect overnight miracles and accordingly tailored your plan for me. Given the Covid situation, you marched forward undaunted by gym closures and helped me work out from home in a way like I have never done before, simply amazing! To anyone who even wants to think twice about signing up with you, I'll say my experience with you surpasses any trainer experience in my past, has helped me get closer to my fitness goals like never before and I would refer you to any one in a heartbeat!!
