As a person who struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I watched every video, crashed on every diet out there and not to mention injured myself trying to do it on my own in home training, (it’s not as easy as they made it look). I realize I was missing something because as dedicated as I was to my weight loss, I was getting nowhere. My husband, (bless his beautiful soul), did what he does best. Research!. He found Jacqueline and she literally changed my life. I realized I had a few things to learn. Like what I was eating. (That needed a major overhaul) The workouts I was doing, guess what that needed a major upgrade. I learned that Food is not the enemy, a cocktail or 2 is not going to spiral you into a guilty meltdown. Yes you can have that piece of cheesecake. It’s all about a good balance that works for you. When I say works for you, I mean something you can live with. For some losing weight might be a short term goal. But for me what I need was a way to change my life. As such I needed something that works for me that I could manage every day and stick to. With Jacqueline’s help and careful planning I was able to do just that. She helped me to lay a strong foundation and she thought me how to build from it how to adjust it to suit my needs. Not to feel guilty when I can’t make my goals that day. Guilt free and weight loss.
